Lisa holds a diploma in French Studies (FU Berlin) and is a Ph.D. student at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin at a research project about dementia. The mother of two co-founded Dark Horse Innovation, a Berlin-based consulting agency in 2009, where she remains a partner, and taught Design Thinking as a guest lecturer at the universities UdK Berlin, Witten/Herdecke, Koblenz/Landau, and Saarbrücken among others.
For the inter- and transdisciplinary research project IMKoN, in cooperation with TU Berlin and Alanus Hochschule, she coached and collaborated with several pioneers of the German sustainability scene.
As a Dark Horse partner, she encourages employees to innovate through training in Design Thinking and helps develop product and service innovations. She was invited as a lecturer for promoting cultural change (Design Thinking Mindset) at several companies and organizations, speaking on the topics of Generation Y, new work and innovation.
Through internships and voluntary work, she gained insights into politics (European Parliament, Deutscher Bundestag, German Consulate General Boston), culture (Berlin film and literature festivals) and several NGOs.
She has worked as a video journalist and interviewer for the Campus Television Xenon in Potsdam and in Aix-en Provence, France.
Lisa has traveled extensively, with extended stays in Australia, India, the United States and Eastern Europe, as well as a year-long Erasmus student residence in Aix-en Provence.
